detecting object UV

hello I'm using Visual Studio 2008 & C# to code a program using DX 9 managed, I want to detect UV coordinate of a sphere, I use mouse cursor & Mesh.intersect method to get UV coordinate of mouse cursor on sphere, but the returned UV are not correct, what is the problem? what is going wrong? I've used a picking sample as my pattern, but something is not working right. thanks

first off, managed directx is no longer updated by microsoft. if you want to use c# you could either use xna or SlimDX.

as for your question, we would need more info like some source code and what exactly is not correct.
