Functionality difference among Glide, OpenGL, and D3d?

I also would like to make a game with at leat two versions, one for Glide or OpenGL, and the other for D3d.

In PowerRender, are functinalities same for Glide, OpenGL, and D3d? For example, RayPick is available for all Glide, OpenGL, and D3d? Does animation imported work in the same way for Glide, OpenGL, and D3d versions?
