Hey, i would like to learn more about programming shaders. I've looked through some tutorials on the web. But i rather have a book that goes mre into detail about it. So are there any that you recommend? I would like to see one that also handles the math part a little. My math with sin, cos and tangent is a bit rusty. And i prefer a book that is aimed towards C# programming / DirectX. Well anyway, if you know a good book, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Introduction to 3D Game Programming with DirectX 9.0c: A Shader Approach, by Frank Luna, has a lot of good info on shader programming. It's interface is C++ rather than C#. But, if you're interested primarily in the HLSL portion, the transition shouldn't be significant.

I don't know of any specific books, but you could probably find an XNA book that goes into using shaders. Since it's XNA it will use C#.

There's also a great series of articles on the XNA Creator's Club website that you can check out.
