Simple Particle System (C#)

For a 2D Adventure game, I threw together a simple particle system to serve as a backdrop to my "main menu" screen. After poking around this board, I imagine it's pretty beginner-oriented, but I wanted to put it out there and see if anyone gets anything from it! The particles start at the center of the screen, "explode" outward, and then reappear in the center. Like I said, simple! (Video with Tutorial, Display of System)
