inRange lower upper L should call inRangeiter lower upper L sum (with a zero for sum)

That way you have a variable to return across the recursive calls to inRangeiter.

null? returns the sum
(car L) is the first element of the list L (cdr L) is the list L with the first item removed.

this line (+ 1 (inRange ___ ___ ____) and this line (inRange ___ ___ ___ )
don't share the running total that is why you need the sum variable.
