Hi, I want to store my model's material properties in a texture. My model is actually a triangle mesh and I have to store its material properties in a texture. Can someone help me how to do this please.

You're going to need to give us waaaaay more than that. What kinds of properties? Color? Reflectance? Sound(in some specific/esoteric cases)? What kinds of textures?

Sure. The term 'material properties' is highly ambiguous is all. Have you looked at any other examples/shaders? Considering those are extremely common I'm surpised you haven't checked out the nVidia shader library for examples. Mostly it just comes down to sampling the texture and multiplying some lighting term by it, though I can't get too much more specific than that until I know what graphics API you're using.
