Bullet heightfield horizontal scaling

I'd like to create a heightfield (using Bullet Physics library), where the size of each quad is 5.0f. But the constructor of the shape doesn't take any parameter for horizontal scaling, only for scaling of height data. How do you scale the quads of the heightfield?
