Which SDK should I install to debug a D3D9 app on a D3D10 machine?

Hi, I need to use the D3D9 Debug runtime but: - I'm working under Vista. - I don't have any DirectX SDK installed on my machine (I just have the .h and .lib files from an old DirectX9 SDK) Therefore I need to install a DirectX SDK. The question is: which one? Can I just install the latest SDK? or should I install the last DirectX9 SDK, before the first DirectX10 one? Thanks for any help that would help me save time, avoiding DirectX setup trickery.
