DirectX 2D Pixel collision detection

How can I test collision detection between two sprites using pixel collision detection? Ive already done this:
//bi-dimensional array containing sprite1 collision mask information (true if pixel is opaque, false if not)
bool sprite1CollisionMask[sprite1height][sprite1width];
//sprite1 position
D3DXVector sprite1Pos;
//sprite1 rotation angle (degrees)
float sprite1Angle;

//bi-dimensional array containing sprite2 collision mask information (true if pixel is opaque, false if not)
bool sprite2CollisionMask[sprite2height][sprite2width];
//sprite2 position
D3DXVector sprite2Pos;
//sprite2 rotation angle (degrees)
float sprite2Angle;
So based on both collision masks and each sprite position and angle how do I check collision?
