Stenciled Decals Problem

I am trying to wrap a quad to the contour of the terrain using the stencil buffer. However, it does not wrap at all :(.
    if(Stencils.size()) {
        glColorMask(0, 0, 0, 0);
        glStencilFunc(GL_ALWAYS, 1, 1);
        glStencilOp(GL_KEEP, GL_KEEP, GL_REPLACE);


        glColorMask(1, 1, 1, 1);
        glStencilFunc(GL_LEQUAL, 1, 1);
        glStencilOp(GL_KEEP, GL_KEEP, GL_KEEP);

        for(u32 i = 0; i < Stencils.size(); i++) {
            if(Stencils->Enabled) Stencils->render();

Any help is appreciated.
