OpenGL and Matrices
Hey, so, I read on this page:
http://www.opengl.org/resources/faq/technical/transformations.htm
(question 9.005)
...that the OpenGL matrices are stored as a single run of 16 floats, and so it doesn't matter whether they're considered row-major or column-major or not. But it must matter where multiplication is concerned, right? I mean, do I pre-multiply or post-multiply? In most of the shader code I see, the order of multiplication is opposite from what I see in HLSL code. I guess this is a math question more than an OpenGL question. This FAQ just confused me a bit, is all.
