Hello all.... I want to show the sound reflection when it encounters different types of sea bed eg rough ,muddy,rocky etc... Can any one help how can i accomplish my task...? I have gone through different searches but didnt succeede...can any one tell how can i find the angle of reflection of sound wave of different types of sea bed,i have theoretical stuff but no mathemetical formula... Snells law is not working here...

It can be very complicated.

There are many papers on the subject in the annual Visualization conference run jointly by the ACM and IEEE.

There are a few others conferences that cover it but that one is the most frequented by the sea floor exploration groups and oil/gas exploration.
