D3DXConcatenateMeshes transform normal and tangent?

The function D3DXConcatenateMeshes has parameter pGeomXForms, in sdk document, pGeomXForms: [optional] Each sub mesh is transformed by the corresponding matrix if this array is supplied. Now I dont know whether the vertex's normal and tangent are also transformed automatically by matrix pointed by pGeomXForms. Thank you. I would imagine so - try it and see? It should be fairly obvious if the normals are wrong.
