Bitmap pixel offset c++ utility?

Is there a utility that loads a Bitmap file and lets you click on various points of the bitmap whilst outputting the points to a file - preferably a C++ array? The reason I ask is my game uses graphic based letters from a single bitmap, evert time I create a new set, I have to manually get the offsets in Paint and enter it in my CPP files .. can be very time consuming. You could just load the image in your favorite paint program (like Paint Shop Pro), look at the coords and write them down.

The includes arent displayed, are they Windows.h and stdio.h?

Thats what I have been doing, but when there are 40 characters, jotting them down then entering them into a cpp file can be very time consuming and tedious. I''m going to upload it to my site so whoever else needs it can use it.
