programming engines, studios?

i had a question i have xna3.1 but what graphics engine do i use? and also what studio do i use for visual C++?

Your questions don't exactly make sense. Using XNA, everything you need to display graphics is there. However, you can use third-party libraries to make things a bit easier for specific tasks.

What do you mean by "studio" for C++? Do you mean an IDE? If so, you can use either Visual C++ Express Edition or Visual Studio itself if you are wanting to use the Microsoft IDEs. However, if you want to use XNA, coding in C++ is a painful, solitary process. You would be much better to use C#, which XNA was designed for.
