Mesh Matrix .X File

I have successfully loaded and rendered a .x file I created. Is there a way that I can assign a matrix to this so I can manipulate it without tranforming the entire world? For example; g_pMesh.AssignMatrix(&meshmatrix); Is this possible? If not, how can you move, scale, rotate, etc.. the mesh individually? Thanks, Chris Lynch

Some psudo-code for you...

for each object
Set Object''s matrix
Render Object

This will draw each object with the correct matrix. When an object is rendered with a matrix enabled, and then the matrix is changed, the new changes do not have any effect on any previously rendered objects.
