IDirectMusicSegment::SetLoopPoints()

IDirectMusicSegment has a function SetLoopPoints that takes two MUSIC TIME-typed parameters and sets the start and endpoint of a segment. I''d like to know how to use the MUSIC TIME- class to make a looping midi to start for example 3 seconds after the start and end after 15 secs and then loop it.
