Resolution and Fullscreen

Hey people, I've been posting alot about this initialization problems I'm having, finally I setted up an "ok" dialog window with all options I need to create a device (and all the checking, device caps, buffer types, blah blah blah) now I'm trying to run it fullscreen, not working, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my CreateWindow call, it runs fine on Windowed mode. I wanted to know how to set up a fullscreen app with a menu (not the max/min buttons, just the menu). Any ideas? Edit: My solution right now is changing desktop width/height with ChangeDisplaySettings, and using WS_POPUP and WS_SYSMENU, but the D3DPRESENT_PARAMETERS::Windowed is set to 1, how can I make "true" fullscreen? In true full-screen you can't have a window menu, as far as I know. The entire screen will be covered by your back-buffer. If you want a menu in true full-screen, you must draw it yourself.
