exporting to md3 from 3ds max 2010

i want to ask some questions: basically i got some 3d models to be used in our project. the models are in .max format. i got 2 models right now: a human and a spider. both object already have bones. the spider's bones created using box and dummy. when i tried to export to md3 using this: the texture isn't appearing and the bones are visible. how can i make the texture appears and make the bones invisible? we're using irrlicht as the game engine
