I am making a program in c# that is an extension of a weather forecast web page. When you start this program it reads info from the web page. Now i should display the 5 day forecast in the back. Something like a picture on the background, or actually five very small pictures together. I tried to do that with a transparent form, but I can't find a function that whould sand my form beck behind all other windows running and stayed there even if it is clicked. I read a lot of help but can't seem to find a way. I tried functions like SendToBack(), TopMost(), UpdateZOrder(), but none of these work like this program is intended to. Does anyone know of some other function. Or if anyone can tell me of a better way than transparent form of doing this, i whould apreciate it.

I am not quite sure what you want. Could you draw a picture or animation of the intended effect?

According to this, a decent implementation of this behaviour is SetWindowPos with HWND_BOTTOM and then watch for WM_WINDOWPOSCHANGING and re-bottom it.
