DirectX :::Sprite using with 3d
i want to display score for my 3d game(using DirectX program)
i found that drawtext cannot use for this case
because the camera has effect to drawtext command.
so i must use sprite
but i got the problem about loading
when i opened the program which has sprite and mesh ( +3d things)
the program was so slowwwww.....nearly freeze
i don't think it is a bug or it is??
or my computer spec is too low for that.
what should i do with this.....(i want to cry)
i gonna finishing my game but this problem.....
if i don't use sprite , are there another ways to display text without using
Drawtext command?
First of all you're probably drawing every charachter/number in between lot BeginSpprite/EndSprite calls. Use it only once.
Second you can use DrawText. Check here. But the best thing you should use are Bitmap Fonts
