There is no such thing, for the same reason that there is no such thing as a book on speaking: you're asking about something much too general.

Are you trying to make a game using some scripting with a game-maker? If so, which game-maker?

Or are you trying to write scripts for an existing game? If so, what game? What language do its scripts use?

Or are you already making a game from scratch and want to add scripting to it? If so, you need to pick a language for the scripts to use.

Or is it something else?

Besides all of which: are you really expecting someone to send you a book, free of charge, doing the research to figure out your mailing address? Or just what?

i mean a scripter like mad lib scripting the line of events how they happen to stop from hard codeing every action
