Where can I find online C++ programming courses

Does any one know of any sites that offer online C++ programming courses? And another question if it is benificial for a beginner?

Sup..their is one that I used to learn C, but they also have one in C++..it is at www.wannalearn.com..once you get there they have links to other subjects but choose the one that says computers(I think I have been there since last year)..then languages,then C++..simply as that..PEACE!!
There''s smartplanet.com, which is good. It helped me learn C++. Then, there''s also Game Institue. I don''t know if their C++ course is good or not. I like thier math course, but their Direct3D course stinks.
