Quake2 Model to Power Render problem.

If you have PR3 then try reading the Character Animation Guide. You need to use WGTLIB or the new LibEdit to pack all of the relevant files together. The Scope of this is too much for a simple forum reply, so I recommend reading the documentation.
The best way to start is to take an existing CHR & check how it is built up, maybe replace the PRO & MRP files in the CHR with your own.

This is the first time I try to convert a quake 2 model to CHR object, and Im sort of stuck.

first I use md2toconv to get a MRP and a PRO file cool... but my pro file doesnt move, how can I join MRP and PRO to join into a chr file?

Im sure is a stupid question but in the memorable words of Mr. Homer J. Simpson
