Tip: Resource compilation in Visual Studio

Hi, I wrote a small article a few days ago and I realize it might be quite useful for some people here. Basically, it's about how you can integrate any resource compiler into Visual Studio to get behavior similar to that of XNA Game Studio (although I only use it for shaders, which I find it especially useful for, as compilation errors are displayed just like compilation errors for the rest of the code).
