Render without Depth Buffer?

How can I setup the render state so that When I do a draw call I'm not writting anything into the Depth buffer, or comparing the draw pixels to anything currently in the depth buffer (so that they always are drawn). Thanks, Matthew

device->OMSetRenderTargets(1,&yourRenderTarget,NULL);

Just make sure you set the third param (depth stencil view) to NULL and you're done
