3D vision sample code

So I have an Nvidia 3D vision bundle and I've successfully been able to render a triangle to the screen with the stereo enabled, the problem is that the depth seems to be fixed. With the glasses off I can see two triangles but there parallax is constant no matter what depth i set (they just get smaller but stay the same distance apart). Now I was under the impression that W component of the vertex was somehow involved but I really can't get anything to work. So, I was wondering if anyone could point me to some code that shows how to render something correctly. Something that shows different depth throughout the scene. Thanks. Christiaan PS You'd think Nvidia would have some samples somewhere but I've had no luck.
