In my editor 0.86602539,0,0,-0.5 reads Z rotation -60 degrees I want to convert from axis angle to the rotations. Is there a easy, script friendly what to do this or do I have to go with Mr Baker: http://www.euclideanspace.com/maths/geometry/rotations/conversions/angleToQuaternion/index.htm ? Thanks in advance

So you have a quaternion representing a rotation of -60 degrees about the z axis - what do you want to do with it exactly? I'm not sure what you mean by 'convert from axis angle to the rotations'.

So my question is, how do I convert from 0.86602539,0,0,-0.5 to -60 z rotation?
I guess I'm still not quite clear - what format do you want to convert the quaternion to? Axis-angle? Euler angles? A rotation matrix?

Whatever format you want to convert to, it's pretty easy to find info on how to do so online (the site you mentioned is a good one, IIRC). Anyway, if you're still stuck on this, perhaps you could describe in a bit more detail what you're wanting to do.
