new graphicstream visual basic

Hi i want to use the funtion optimize for a mesh as a previous step to create a trianglestrip but in the msdn documentacion i saw that i need to create a graphicstream to use the optimize function but i don´t understand the constructors of graphistream http://msdn.microsoft.com/es-es/library/ms128627.aspx i don´t know which is the datapointer,size and bufferpointer
