Texture rotation in CG

Hi guys, I'm hoping someone can help me here cause I am in a tough spot with this. Basically I have a model with no texture coordinates and I want to make some for it. Here I have them just linearly mapped but I really want to make them follow the red lines in the picture. Any idea on how I'd do this?
