Any programming tutorials?
Is there anywhere that I can find a beginners programming tutorial for an easy and simple game and whats the easiest type of game to program?
EDIT: I am looking for C# or C++ tutorials..
Have you picked a language yet? A simple game to start with would be a text based game like "guess the number". From there you can write more complex games like hangman. Eventually, when you are reasonably comfortable with your language of choice you can try making a simple graphical game like Pong, Snake or Breakout.
If you haven't picked a language, something like Python will allow you to use PyGame. You might choose C#, which gives access to the XNA framework.
This assumes that you have no *programming* experience. If you are already a programmer, but are looking for tips about how to write games, then that is different.

So if I start out with C# will C++ be easy to understand? Or do I have to learn it all over again?
I just was wondering if I should start out with C# or C++ whichever is best..

There is no best programming language.
Learning your first programming language is difficulty, because it is a totally alien skill. Learning your second programming language is easier, but you still have to unlearn somethings that you thought were universal but only apply to your first language, which learning things that your new language can do that are difficult or impossible in your first language. Subsequent languages are easier again, though crossing some language paradigms will take work (moving from Object Oriented to Functional, for example).
It wouldn't be uncommon to be "fluent" in a dozen or more languages if you are a serious programmer.
Your choice of first language matters less than your dedication to learning.
I don't know of any C# tutorials I can recommend.
