Plz help! 3DS Max Multi-Texturing Problem!

I am making an arm for my character model and I want to put a texture on his wristband but it is all attached together, so I have found that I need to use multiple channels to do this. I made the wristband a separate channel and am trying to do what I said above but it seems to texture the whole arm!

Try adjusting the UVW Map gizmo for the proper mapping channel.
