OpenGL Zune HD and openGL

I would like to develop 3d for zune HD. Currently I know the tegra processor can handle the light version of opengl (cant remember what it is called) Zune apps seemed to be locked into xna and the msdn says that 3d effects arent supported on the zune (but it doesnt mention HD). Does anyone know if I can use tao opengl or such to produce 3d on the zune? Is there anyone else trying this?

That would be openglES.
Zune HDs can do 3d graphics, google PGR for Zune.
So far as I know there is no public API for 3d.
