question... i know we can use wgtlib to create library files of graphic files... i was thinking of doing this so that users can''t change any textures i use in a game. so how do we load individual files out a library made with wgtlib?

Yes you can put textures in a wgtlib archive.

If you call PRLIB_OpenLibrary any textures and .PRO files will be loaded from the archive, until you call PRLIB_CloseLibrary.
See the Library Interface in the technical reference for all of the library functions.

The character system is an example of this. All of the data for a character is stored in a single archive file (meshes, textures, sounds, animation data, etc).
