Creative commons license questions

I am currently obtaining some assets for my project I will be working on, and I recently obtained some creative commons assets, how would I go about crediting the assets properly? I will be using a credits scene and probably a readme file for those files under that license, but I am not sure what one should look like. Can someone assist me in crediting this properly?
Read the licence and do what it says.
If you are seriously concerned, fire the authors an email.
MORE importantly, ensure that the licence of the CC work is compatible with your own.
There are 6-7 permutation of the CC licence, all of which have different requirements.
