OpenGL Which openGL toolkits to use?

I have read about some toolkits which provide a good user interface and the good quality graphics with high level control. But there are a lot of these: 1.) Clutter 2.) OpenSceneGraph 3.) Gtk 4.) NUI 5.) GLUI 6.) FLTK I decided upon Clutter but it requires a lot of dependencies to run. Can somebody point out which one should I use.I want to use it on MS visual studio on windows platform. But I also want to be cross-platform enables by using some bindings. If there is an easy way to use Clutter with MSVC it would be great help.
