Adjusting clipping planes

Hey everyone. I've been stucked with the following issue lately.The thing is that i can not find a way to adjust "default" clipping planes."Default" planes mean the ones created by the glFrustum function.The reason i'm trying to do it is because somehow i decided to use scaling when the camera is "rolling" on and off an object.So when i'm too close object does not seem to fit in the viewing volume and it got clipped.I tried to redefine glFrustum on the fly but it didn't work...Any suggestions are greatly appreciated:) P.S:small video demonstrating what i mean,both yellow and blue objects got clipped when the camera is approaching them:
