opengl or dx dialog and controls

Hy. What is the fast method to encapsulate an opengl scene(with shader model 3) in a dialog? You advice me to use under windows 1)mfc 2)qt? I 'm oriented to use qt , but i would not loose too time for resolve the problem. THere are a lot of library or widget to install qt? Is possible to compile qt without mingw ? and is possible to integrate it in visual studio 2008 professional? but with the possibility of unistall it ! Thanks.

Is this going to be the only window used in your application?
If so, I wouldn't bother with Qt.. just use Win32 or MFC and make a window the old fashioned way.

Yeah, Qt is a massive library. Compiling it and installing will be a days work.

Yes, you can compile it with MSVC. I can't remember the exact procedure but it's on their website, or try www.qtcentre.org.. they have a good wiki.

Yes, Qt have a seperate Visual Studio Integration tool. I think it's free now even if you don't have a commercial license (it didn't used to be).
