[HLSL] Multiple render target : how to write in a texture 1D vertexes positions ?

Hi ! I would like to write with a pixel shader in a texture 1D, the positions of my vertices, how can i do ? -Should i transform the vertexes by world/view/projection in the vertex shader first ? -how can i convert vertexes positions in a range like [0;1] for the texels of my 1D texture ? Thanks.
