Screenshot from DirectX screen

How can I take screenshot from DirectX screen and use it like normal windows clipboard bitmap? I cannot find any program to do it.

Umm... Press ''Print Scrn'' and it should be on clipboard.

Press any key to continue or any other key to quit...

That is right,
Press The Print Screen Button.

if nothing happen, go to control panel, Directx
DirectDraw tab, Options, Mark "Enable PrintScreen Key"

what I would like to know is how to take a screen shot from my direct3d programs and save to a .bmp file in c++ code not by pressing the print scrn key.
