can any one direct me to an article about OOB collision thats not just formula. that shows how to put it into code , or a step by step explanation please

Try searching the forum archives for 'obb intersection'; it's been covered many times, and I'm sure you'll find some links to articles, example code, etc. if you look around a bit.

I think it's also covered in an article somewhere in the GDNet archives. You can also find coverage in Christer Ericson's collision detection book, and you can find both references and code at Dave Eberly's site, geometrictools.com, and in some of his books as well. It's also covered in Gino van den Bergen's book.
