For anyone experienced with XCode, can you help me create a project using the Irrlicht engine in XCode? The most recent Irrlicht SDK can be found at http://irrlicht.sourceforge.net/downloads.html I want to be able to run Irrlicht's first tutorial found at http://irrlicht.sourceforge.net/docu/example001.html Can someone please post a tutorial on how to do this? I do not have too much experience with XCode and I am not sure what else I can use since I do not have much background on game developing. This is for a class so I need to be able to start running this soon. So far, when I try to run the Makefile from my school's server through Terminal, I get an error saying Error: Need running XServer to start Irrlicht Engine. And when I try to run the Makefile from my home computer through Terminal, I get an error saying ld: library not found for -lIrrlicht collect2: ld returned 1 exit status Please help me out with this through a tutorial, any help is appreciated. Thank you very much. [Edited by - SoloDolo on March 29, 2010 7:56:26 PM]

I would just like a tutorial on how to run the first Irrlicht tutorial and open the X11 window in OSX, which I currently cannot do. Thank you.

You don't need an XServer to run Irrlicht on OSX. There is a native OSX device which should be used automatically if you start Irrlicht by opening the XCode project in the examples dir.
