Hy. Is possible in opengl render on a texture and take values from this texture? You have an example or a link or two words? Thanks.

FBO's are the new and shiny way to do it. Other (older, probably deprecated option) idea is to generate a texture, and copying the current rendered buffer to it by using glCopyTexSubImage2D. I use it, but it's probably being frowned upon.

No, FBOs were new in 2004-2005. Today they are the standard way to do RTT in OpenGL.

After i have draw on texture how i can get the values from the texture?
Iwould create a simple debug for shader , then write the input values(Matrix)as color, but how i can read these values from texture?
