Direct3D10 Feature levels

Hi All, I have a doubt regarding the feature level sets in direct3d10. My doubt is regarding the reading back the depth stencil buffer. I was developing the app with direct3d9 but my hardware does not support the reading the depth buffer. Since Direct3d10 we can do it reading it back as a texture resource as far as i studied till now. My main concern is that my current card provides me D3D10 Feature Level 9_1 so my doubt is that reading back of depth stencil buffer available only on D3D10 Feature Level 10_0 or 10_1 or i can do it at 9_1, 9_2, 9_3 also. Thanks for your reply;

reading depth is only avaliable in feature levels 10[non AA read] 10_1[AA read] 11
in direct3d9 levels u should write depth to texture and then use it
