3ds max fbx export uvw problem

Hi guys! I'm trying to export an editable poly to .fbx. When I try exporting without the skin-modifier it works just find (both with and without baked textures). But when I've got the skin modifier on I get problems with the uvw-mapping on export. I've tried figuring out the problem and have spent lots of hours searching for a fix, but I can't find it. Some claimed that using baked textures would fix it, but that didn't work. Even in the example they used they didn't use a skin-modifier. Have also tried putting the different modifiers in a different order in the stack. Still get messed up uv-coordinates. Here's the error message I get on export from 3ds : "The plug-in does not retain the orientation of Diagonals on Editable Poly objects. This could have an impact on modified UV coordinates." Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Regards!

That sounds like you've used the "turn edge" feature and it's not supported on export to me. Just guessing, but it does fit.

Well, I might have :D
Hehe! I'm using a free model I've downloaded
from the one and only internet of doom.
So...I'll try what I should have done some time ago....try a different model :P

Thanx for the heads up!
I'll try this out and report back :)
