GeometryInstancingInD3D11

Hello. I want to modify a d3d11 rotating cube sample to try geometry instancing. For now I only want to now how to set the stream frequency in d3d11. There are lots of d3d9 tutorials, but it is hard to find d3d11 versions. If someone could post some code or links it would be great.

This is a guide for DirectX 10, but the principle is the same in DirectX 11. Hopefully it's enough to get you started.
