The problem in a client-server game J2SE/J2ME

Hi everyone! I develop a client-server game using Java. The server is based on J2SE, the client - J2ME. It works perfect on standard Netbeans emulator, but when I had run the client on Nokia 5130 I got an exception. The exception throws in the server, when it try to read data from DataInputStream. The exception is "java.net.SocketException: Connection reset". I tried to use simple InputStream, same. Maybe should I use special SDK for Nokia or some else? Thanks in advance.
