I dunno where to put this... I am looking for a bug tracking system that does not need an online connection. It would save stuff to a file, that could easily be used in a subversion system. I know all about Mantis, Bugzilla and all those, but they all require more than they are worth for my extremely small team (2 ppl). Right now, we are writing stuff in an Excel document, but it does not feel that efficient...
