Maya Mesh to ID3DX10MESH

You can enable .obj exporter in Plugins Preferences (called objExport.mll). If you are using the newest SDK it comes with a conversion tool to convert .obj to either .x (old DX format) or the new .sdkmesh format. Check this link from ToyMaker more info about the converter.

Google for cvxporter - it's a plugin to maya which should be able to export your models as .x files. In constrast to the built-in exporter or the exporter which comes with the DX-SDK, it also handles bones and bone animations fine.
