So I've been using Host Monster for about 2 years now and it's been decent but I would like to stream line the process of creating a web applications by using ASP.NET and Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2010 Express. So far I have looked at IX Web Hosting but the cheapest plan that supports asp is $9.95/mo and thats a 2 year plan which is about $238, I'm looking to spend around $80 for a 1 year plan.

$10/month for a host is pretty darn good. That's how much I pay for my cloud server with Ubuntu Linux on it. Their windows servers start at $30/month. Microsoft software costs money, you gotta pay for it one way or another :D
